The Consular Affairs Department offers a wide range of services to both Israeli citizens and non-Israeli citizens in the New England states of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
These services include: issuing visas to Israel, renewal/extension of Israeli passports and travel documents, registration of children born to Israeli citizens abroad, change of name and/or marital status, information regarding military service, notarization and authentication services.
Please be advised that notarization and authentication services require an appointment. Please call to schedule before arriving at the consulate.

The Consular Services section is open to the public Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, but will be closed for all national and Jewish holidays.
